Hey Bill,I really love your teaching style-a little bit casual but interesting.Pittsburg is an oft-mentioned place especially by you Bill.If I have chance.I'll go travelling there.
For me,I think that finding some mistakes of ourselves may be a double-edged sword.Though they make us feel embarassing sometimes,but it's also a chance for us to improve ourselves.
And we should be euphemistic when pointing out other's defects like you said.That sound much better actually.
